ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- ROOFING & SIDING SALES
RESPONSBILITIES:
– Provide an exceptional customer experience and support.
– Generate appointments by prospecting effectively via cold calls, door knocking, referrals, and company leads to generate new business.
– Resolve any customer problems/issues and ensure an urgent solution.
– Flawless customer interaction at all times via phone calls, text messages, email, or in person to maintain crystal clear communication.
– Set personal goals and attain monthly sales target.
– Track activity, leads, and opportunities using company CRM program.
– Generate sales proposals/presentations to present solutions to clients.
Specific Job Functions:
– Provided initial roofing inspection and details to client.
– Understand clients needs and provide solution.
– Communication with insurance adjuster via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
– Explain the proposal to property owner and present product selections/colors/options.
– Write contract, present, collect check, and submit to company.
– Keep all customers updated throughout the sales/install process.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Prior sales, customer service experience. Preferred, but not required- withing the roofing industry.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to build rapport, have confidence, and be comfortable in a home setting.
– Relationship management, problem solving, and excellent negotiating skills.
– Organized, ability to manage time, prioritize important items/tasks, and multitask.
– Ability to climb a ladder to access roof/property.
– Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
– Knowledge and understanding of how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
